Who owns our school's data?

You do. You can export everything you've put in at any time, in CSV or PDF. We act as data processors, not owners. We will never sell, share or train models on your data.

How long does onboarding take?

Most schools go live within 2–4 weeks. The 9-step in-app wizard takes about 30 minutes; the rest is staff training, CSV imports and a 2-week parallel run alongside your existing systems.

Will it work if our internet is unreliable?

Yes. Attendance, gate scans and roll-calls are offline-first and sync when connectivity returns. Reports and dashboards prefer connectivity but cache locally where it makes sense.

Does it support WhatsApp?

Yes — via the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Two-way replies are routed to the right staff inbox. Templates support English, Shona and Ndebele. SMS and email are also supported.

How does pricing work?

Per learner, per term, billed in USD or ZWG. Volume discounts kick in above 500 learners, and Mission/Government schools get preferential pricing. No setup fees.

Is this just rebranded Supabase?

We use Lovable Cloud (which runs on Supabase) for our database, auth and storage — that's standard, secure infrastructure. The schema, RLS policies, AI logic, ministry forms and every workflow are bespoke for Zimbabwean schools.

Can we keep using our current report cards?

Yes. We model ZIMSEC, percentage, GPA and custom scales, and you can upload your existing report card template — we'll match the layout.

Question 8

What about ZIMSEC and ED 46?

Both first-class. ED 46 (B and B1) is auto-generated from your live data. ZIMSEC entries, invigilation rosters and candidate verification are built in.

Question 9

Do you integrate with EcoCash/Paynow/OneMoney?

Accepted Answer

Yes — natively. Parents can pay from the receipt link or via USSD prompt. Reconciliation is automatic.

Question 10

What about teacher monitoring — is it surveillance?

Accepted Answer

No. Supervisors see the same scheme-cum-plan, lesson plans and Record of Work that paper-based supervision already covers. Audit logs cover sensitive edits, not keystrokes. Teachers approve their own data exports.
